Our Process

Consultation
Each project begins with a consultation and estimate of your desired project[s]—your wish list, a thorough review of the existing structure and/or land you wish to build something new on and conversation around budget, timeline and other expectations. Once we have the necessary project details, we get to work creating an estimate of scope and cost of your project.

Design + Plan
Upon mututal agreement to work together, we will execute a services agreement. We then create a custom design and project plan to meet the needs of your unique project. As your general contractor we will coordinate and work with you to put together a team for your specific project. We work both in house and with local design, architect and engineering firms to meet the needs of your project and then come up with a plan to bring your vision to life.

Build
Finally, we begin construction based on the contractual agreement and execute on your vision. We are here with you every step of the way; coordinating contractor schedules, communicating progress, advising on any changes as they arise and answering your questions as they come up. Our goal is to make the whole experience, from start to finish as seamless and painless as possible.

the “CM” behind CM Home RemodelI did my first demo when I was seven years old. I have always loved the process of removing what no longer serves and building something new and beautiful in its place. Now, nearly two decades later I have turned tagging along with my father on jobs as a child, to a business in which I get to create dream spaces for clients.
